This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the design of a manufacturing complex for branded women’s apparel production in Brno. The proposed plant is located on a site in the Královo Pole district near Purkyňova Street and is operationally linked to a parent company abroad. The aim of the thesis is to create a functional and spatially clear facility with an emphasis on logistical connections between material storage, component production, assembly, and finishing operations, including administration and staff amenities. The complex comprises a production building and hardened outdoor areas enabling safe and comprehensible circulation of supply and dispatch vehicles, passenger cars, cyclists, and pedestrians. The building is divided into an administrative section with office support spaces and changing rooms for production employees, an adjoining manufacturing area, and a dedicated supply and warehousing zone; the proposal also includes technical facilities and waste management. The design is based on a site analysis, manufacturing requirements, and the planned capacity of the plant (annual output of 528,000 pieces) for approximately 220 employees. The spatial and urban layout respects access from both the southern and northern sides of the plot and incorporates reserve areas for potential future expansion. Sustainability and local climatic conditions are addressed through green flat roofs and the allocation of a substantial part of the manufacturing roof area for photovoltaic panels, contributing to partial energy self-sufficiency. The result is an architectural and operational concept with a clear organization of material and product flow and an emphasis on a high-quality working environment.

Studentka představila komisi svou práci pomocí mediální prezentace. Rozprava nad detailem schodišťového madla. Dotaz na detailní představení konstrukce budovy, studentka vše popsala. Rozprava nad skladbou zateplení zdí. Zajištění denního světla, ale i ochranu proti přehřívání. Dotaz na obnovitelné zdroje a rozmístění světlíků a fotovoltaiky na střechách. Dotaz na jezírka a jejich vysychání. Dotaz na pergolu na terase a zeleň a terase. Proč monolitická schodiště, když je vše ostatní montované? Je to zdlouhavé a pracné.
