Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the revitalization and adaptation of the historical castle grounds in Hrušovany nad Jevišovkou through the design of a new, stand-alone extension. The project integrates the functions of a multifunctional hall and accommodation into a contemporary asymmetrical volume that respects the scale of the cultural monument while utilizing an autonomous architectural expression. Structurally, the building is designed as a reinforced concrete monolith utilizing sustainable technologies, specifically a heat pump and a green roof. The design supplements the historical structure with a new castle square and ensures barrier-free access to all public parts of the grounds.

Studentka představila svou práci pomocí mediální prezentace. Dotaz na logiku a filozofii navržených funkcí v novostavby. Studentka reagovala na dotazy oponenta obsáhle. Rozprava nad architekturou a inspirací rozetou – kruhový půdorys. Dotaz na zakřivené izolační trojsklo, zda by jej zvládl někdo vyrobit? Studentka nemá ověřeno. A dotaz na žaluzie u zakřiveného skla. Chyba, nedostatečné zastínění sálu. Nedostatky ve výkresové dokumentaci, sklon odvodnění, zábradlí schodiště. Rozprava nad sklonem odvodnění. Dotaz nad omítkou sálu.
