This bachelor thesis focused on the design of an administrative building for a small business complex in Pavlovice u Kojetína and the preparation of project documentation for a building permit. The aim of the project was to design an administrative building for the complex and catering facilities for employees and the public.
The site is located in the village of Pavlovice u Kojetína. The site was previously used as an agricultural cooperative complex. Today, there is a small farm here, which will be connected to the new industrial complex. The site contains buildings that are remnants of agriculture and, due to their poor technical condition, will not be preserved but demolished.
The building is divided into two structures, one of which is an administrative building with facilities for the site manager, and the other is a building serving as a dining hall. The administrative building is designed as a two-story building and the dining hall as a one-story building. The buildings are connected by a shelter at the main entrances. Greenery for relaxation is designed around the proposed buildings. The complex also includes proposed production halls.
The output of this work can be used for further purposes and as a basis for subsequent phases of project documentation. It can also serve as inspiration for further building designs or other projects.
