The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to produce documentation for building permit and part of the documentation for construction execution based on an architectural study that was developed in the course BGA36 – Heritage Conservation Studio. The theme of the studio work was to restore the originally Neo-Renaissance old school in Všechovice into a municipal office with associated functions and an exhibition hall dedicated to Bohuslav Fuchs.

Along with the demolition of the original inadequate and architecturally ill-conceived annexes, it is necessary to create a new annex with the following concept. The municipal and building authority office together with the microregion office is located on the upper floor. The ground floor contains associated functions for the largest mass of people: a ceremonial and lecture room, a council chamber for municipal assembly meetings, a shop, and sanitary facilities for municipal employees with separate operation.

The building's decorated facade was removed in the second half of the 20th century, except for the crown cornice. It was necessary to proceed with renovation through modern inventive interventions that preserve the genius loci of the Neo-Renaissance old school.
