Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the restoration of the functionalist
Wittal villa. It focuses primarily on filling the building with a new structure while
preserving
its valuable functionalist architecture. The new function will be a center for
Jewish culture, a place for meeting, creating, and learning. The
exterior will be restored as closely as possible to its original state, while the
interior
will undergo layout changes for better orientation and functionality within the
building.

Studentka s velmi dobrým přehledem zaujímala odborná stanoviska ke všem připomínkám oponenta a velmi dobře reagovala i na všechny otázky členů komise, které byly k obhajované práci položeny. Podrobněji: Studentka prezentovala svůj návrh pěkně srozumitelně. Poté bylo přečteno hodnocení vedoucího a posudek oponenta. Studentka zodpověděla všechny dotazy oponenta. Dotazy vznesené při rozpravě: cvičná kuchyně, technický popis výkresů, skladba vodorovných kontrukcí, drenáž po obvodě objektu, použití EPS,
