Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the design of a multipurpose building serving as
a community centre with accommodation facilities, located within the grounds of
Hrušovany nad Jevišovkou Château. The building is situated in the rear part of the
complex, an area intended as a venue for various types of events from small celebrations
and wedding receptions to large festivals.
The concept of the work is based on the dual nature of community centre intended to
serve the public and the need for private accommodation. The building seeks to blend
into the existing surrounding landscape and mimics the existing terrain. The aim was
to create a building that would not visually compete with the historical château but would
be an equal and valuable addition to the château grounds. The building provides
comfortable and private accommodation while also offering opportunities for a rich public
cultural life in the area. The architectural study also includes the proposed concept of the
château grounds.

Úvodem představil základní popis projektu včetně navrženého využití - programu, dále koncept práce. Dále přehledně odprezentoval projekt v úrovni situačních výkresů, půdorysů, řezů včetně pohledů a vizualizací. Představil i technické řešení architektonického detailu. V diskuzi byla rozebírána provozní podstata navrženého objektu. Dále byl řešen systém odvodnění střech a systém řešení zásobování vodou - navržené vodní plochy. Rozprava pokračovala problematikou v projektu navržených schodišť. Student s dokonalým přehledem zaujímal odborná stanoviska ke všem připomínkám oponenta a výborně reagoval i na všechny otázky členů komise, které byly k obhajované práci položeny.
