Abstract:

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the preparation of project documentation for a building permit and part of the documentation for the construction based on the assignment provided in the course BGA036 Architectural Design Studio 5 in the summer semester of the third year on the topic of interior design and exhibition design. The topic of the study is the design of a new hotel garni and social hall. The site is located on the grounds of the castle in Hrušovany nad Jevišovkou in the South Moravian Region. The architectural concept was to create a building with two completely separate functions, which would not compete with the castle in terms of height. The building is single-storey, with different floor levels and different ceiling heights. The roof of the hotel is accessible to the public.

Úvodem představil základní popis projektu a velice detailně koncepci řešení projektu . Dále velice přehledně odprezentoval projekt v úrovni situačních výkresů, půdorysů, řezů včetně pohledů a videozáznamu návrhu a samotných vizualizací. Popsal vzevrubně i řešení architektonického detailu, detailně bylo rozebráno v následné diskuzi. V diskuzi byly řešeny provozní záležitosti návrhu včetně kapacit, bezbariérové užívání a případné specifické požadavky při konání kulturních akcí v navrženém objektu. Dále bylo probíráno řešení venkovních zpevněných ploch a jejich záměr. Debata byla zakončena řešením povrchových materiálů, jejich údržby a způsobem založení objektu. Student s velmi dobrým přehledem zaujímal odborná stanoviska ke všem připomínkám oponenta a velmi dobře reagoval i na všechny otázky členů komise, které byly k obhajované práci položeny.
