Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the design of a cold storage and freezing facility for meat, fruit, and
vegetables located near the village of Jevišovka in the South Moravian Region. The project is situated
within an agricultural brownfield site in the northwestern part of the village. The proposed standalone
building integrates multiple floor levels to accommodate its technical requirements. Since the
manufacturing section reaches a height of 8 meters, the entire facility is designed as a two-story
structure to unify the complex and match this height. During operation, the facility serves three
primary functions: production, service, and administration, with the administrative section located on
the second floor. The building's orientation maximizes sunlight on the southwestern facade, enabling
the efficient use of renewable energy through integrated photovoltaic panels.

Úvodem představila základní popis projektu včetně přístupu k řešení, swot analýzy a zhodnocení stávajícího stavu. Dále přehledně odprezentovala projekt v úrovni situačních výkresů, konceptu návrhu, provozního schématu, půdorysů, řezů včetně pohledů a vizualizací. Poté představila architektonický detail. V diskuzi byla řešena orientace fve panelů vůči světovým stranám, následně i způsob zásobování navrženého objektu a provozní požadavky navrženého objektu. Řešena byla podstata konstrukčního systému vůči požadavkům na chlazení prostor navrženého objektu. Studentka se snažila vcelku velmi dobře reagovat na připomínky oponenta a zdůvodňovat svoje navrhovaná řešení, rovněž na většinu otázek členů komise k předložené práci reagovala velmi dobře.
