Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the development of project documentation for the
construction of two identical apartment buildings in the municipality of Hrušovany
nad Jevišovkou. The primary conceptual objective was to design modern,
functional, and intergenerational housing with a high standard of indoor
environment. In addition to the buildings themselves, the design includes the
related technical infrastructure, static traffic solutions (parking), and the cultivation
of semi-public spaces in the immediate vicinity of the objects.
The building site is located on Nerudova Street, in the western part of the
municipality. The proposed objects are designed as detached, compact four-story
buildings with one basement level. Each building contains a total of 11 residential
units with 2+1, 3+1, and 4+1 layouts. A typical above-ground floor consists of three
residential units accessible from a central communication hall equipped with a
staircase and an elevator, while the top floor features two residential units. All
apartments are complemented by prominent cantilevered balcony structures,
which serve as the dominant architectural element of the facade. The basement
serves as a technical facility area, housing cellar cubicles, a pram room, a bicycle
room, and utility rooms.
From a structural perspective, the buildings utilize a mixed system. The load
bearing vertical and horizontal elements are designed as monolithic reinforced
concrete structures consisting of columns and beams, complemented by masonry
exterior walls and internal non-load-bearing partitions. During the selection of
building materials, emphasis was placed on their durability, fire resistance, and
acoustic parameters. The technical detailing and material choices aim to ensure
the longevity of the structure and energy efficiency. The entire project is developed
in accordance with valid technical standards and building regulations, with a strong
focus on structural safety.

Úvodem představila základní popis a koncepci projektu. Dále odprezentovala projekt v úrovni situačních výkresů, půdorysů, řezů včetně pohledů a vizualizací. Představila i řešení architektonického detailu.
