The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design of a cold storage and freezing facility for meat, fruit, and vegetables in the municipality of Jevišovka in the South Moravian Region, situated on a brownfield site. The structure is designed as a modern industrial building with an emphasis on energy efficiency and the use of renewable resources. It is a two-story building spatially divided into several sections. It consists of three functional units that logically connect to one another and minimize energy losses: the cooling and freezing block, the dispatch and receiving area with technical rooms, and the administrative section with employee facilities. The loading and dispatch areas are situated to enable smooth handling of goods and their transport. Refrigerated circulation corridors ensure connections between individual storage and operational areas while minimizing heat loss during product transfer. The administrative section is separated from the operational area, which prevents food contamination and limits heat transfer between the individual parts of the building. The building features a compact shape that minimizes the cooled surface area of the envelope and optimizes the energy balance. The load-bearing structure of the hall consists of a prefabricated reinforced concrete skeleton. The administrative part is formed by container modules from KOMA MODULAR CONSTRUCTION. Light shades were chosen for the hall's facade to minimize heat absorption during summer months and reduce active cooling costs. The administrative section is anthracite grey, creating a contrast between the building's individual functional units. The architectural expression is purely functional, without superfluous decorative elements, ensuring long service life and low maintenance costs. The industrial facility complex includes 10 parking spaces and one parking space for persons with disabilities.

Chladírna a mrazírna ovoce a zeleniny. - pozice wc? - jak se dostane handicap do 2.NP, plošina? - uspořádání kabiny? Studentka se snažila vcelku velmi dobře reagovat na připomínky oponenta a zdůvodňovat svoje navrhovaná řešení, rovněž na většinu otázek členů komise k předložené práci reagoval velmi dobře.
