Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor's thesis was the design of a new cold storage and freezing facility for meat, fruit, and vegetables in the village of Jevišovka. The site is located in the northwestern part of the village in a so-called brownfield area. A key objective of the project was the reclamation of this brownfield and the restoration of purpose to an unused plot of land. The proposed building can be divided into three primary functional areas: staff facilities, service areas, and production areas. The dominant feature of the building is the production section, which is bordered on two sides by the administrative and service wings. Due to the spacious roof area of the hall, a photovoltaic system can be implemented to harness solar energy. These panels can cover a portion of the energy demand required for the operation of the freezers.

Chladírna a mrazírna masa, ovoce a zeleniny. Studentka prezentuje svoji bakalářskou práci. Studentka odpovídá na dotazy oponenta: - parkovací stání? - návrh základů? - počet H.I. ? - rozdíl mezi chrličem a pojistném přepadu? - řešení fasády atiky? Otázky komise: - fotovolataika ukládání energie? - šířka úniku? - tvar vazníku? - pohyb handicapu? - návrh stěny, výpočet tepelně techniké vlastnosti? Studentka s velmi dobrým přehledem zaujímala odborná stanoviska ke všem připomínkám oponenta a velmi dobře reagovala i na všechny otázky členů komise, které byly k obhajované práci položeny.
