Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a new cold storage facility for meat, fruit, and vegetables near the village of Jevišovka in the South Moravian Region. The building is divided into two parts: a single-story production hall with freezing and cooling boxes and a two-story administrative and operational facility. The aim of the project is to design an almost energy self-sufficient building. Energy from photovoltaic panels located on gable roofs is used to operate cooling technologies. The cooling itself works on the basis of an absorption system that uses water heated by solar panels. The thesis also addresses the choice of a suitable supporting structure and the assessment of materials in terms of thermal technology. Sandwich panels have been chosen for the cladding, which color-code the production area from the remaining spaces. Ten parking spaces are designed for the complex, using grass paving.

Chladírna a mrazírna ovoce a zeleniny. Studentka prezentuje svoji bakalářskou práci. Studentka odpovídá na otázky kladené oponentem. - provádění H.I. ? - kombiunace ŽB skelet sendvič + výplňové zdivo? - využití fasádních panelů ? - okapový chodní ? - VZT jak bude řešena? Otázky komise: - co se primárně bude skladovat v objektu? - místo pro zaměstance? - recepce proč? - provoz od vstupu? - kde je zábradlí? - TZB místnost doprava? - pohyb handicapu? - vedení TZB? - obklad u sprch, dveře, vpusť ? - jak bude řešen mezistřešní žlab? - madlo? Na připomínky oponenta reagovala studentka dostatečně, svoje řešení obhajoval nejistě a nebyla schopen je přijatelně zdůvodnit. Rovněž otázky položené členy komise nezodpověděl zcela dobře.
