The present dissertation investigates the advanced technology of 3D printing of metal parts using material extrusion (MEX) with H13 tool steel, and evaluates the influence of post-processing and machining on the final part performance. The primary objective of this study was to establish a correlation between printing parameters, porosity, microstructure, mechanical properties, and machinability. As-built samples exhibited an average porosity of 4.76 %, which significantly limited tensile strength (UTS ~1200 MPa) and ductility (
