This thesis addresses the issue of simulating accident conditions in nuclear facilities. It describes the origins and development of nuclear facilities, as well as the associated importance and necessity of using computer codes. It also introduces various computer codes, with a focus on MELCOR. It presents the individual packages that are part of it. It mentions the Carolinas-Virginia Tube Reactor (CVTR) project and describes the tests that were performed. Last but not least, it focuses on modelling the liner anchoring system in the facility and studies the influence of this anchoring on the calculations.

Student Karel Nečas seznámil komisi s výsledky své diplomové práce na Vliv modelování oblicovky na tlakování kontejnmentu. Své posudky následně přečetli vedoucí Ing. Foral a oponent Ing. Mičian. Student odpovídal na otázky oponenta správně a podrobně dovysvětlil problematiku. V následné rozpravě se zeptal prof. Toman, student reagoval pohotově.
