Abstract:

This master's thesis deals with testing the geometric accuracy of Digital Technical Map (DTM) data of the Vysočina Region and the accuracy of the stereo-evaluation of aerial survey images of the same area. As a reference dataset, an independent geodetic survey of basic spatial situation features was carried out in the area of interest within the built-up zone of Náměšť nad Oslavou, with an accuracy corresponding to the 2nd accuracy class. The accuracy of the features recorded in the DTM, as well as the accuracy of their stereo-evaluation results, was tested against this reference dataset in accordance with the ČSN 01 3410 standard. The testing was supplemented by a statistical assessment of both datasets according to ISO 5725-2 and by an evaluation of the relative frequency of non-conforming values. For the DTM data, the completeness and level of detail of the data content were also assessed, while for the stereo-evaluation, the occurrence and causes of non-evaluable features were examined. Based on the results obtained, the thesis assesses the suitability of the stereo-evaluation of aerial survey images as a method for the bulk collection and verification of DTM data.

Student představil komisi formou prezentace svou diplomovou práci a reagoval na připomínky a dotazy oponenta vyjádřené v oponentském posudku i na otázky členů komise. Během obhajoby položili členové komise následující otázky: Ing. Štencel se zeptal na původ referenčních dat DTM. Ing. Štencel se zeptal na testování přesnosti prvků technické infrastuktury. Ing. Štencel se zeptal na aparát testování přesnosti. Prof. Štroner se zeptal použití metod sběru referenčních dat pro testování přesnosti. Na každou z těchto otázek student reagoval výborně.
