This thesis deals with the design and implementation of a robotic milling workplace as an alternative to traditional multi-axis CNC machines. The main objective was to develop a machining process in Autodesk PowerMill CAM software and verify the generated toolpaths in a virtual environment. The work describes the advantages and disadvantages of robotic machining, selection of tools and spindle, as well as the specifics of the used industrial robot. It includes kinematic analysis using Denavit-Hartenberg parameters and generation of control code for simulation. The benefit of this work lies in creating a complete workflow for applying a robot in machining tasks, including accuracy testing and analysis of orientation problems (quaternions, TCP calibration).
