The diploma thesis focuses on the design of a mechanization system for an existing hydraulic press of the TYH type. The press is configured with three working positions, each designated for specific operations: upsetting, punching, and extrusion. The primary objective of the proposed solution is to ensure continuous and fully automated transport of semi-finished products between individual stations without interrupting the production cycle. The introductory part of the thesis is dedicated to a literature review concerning the current state of knowledge in the field of hydraulic presses and their automation, as well as an analysis of existing technical solutions for mechanization components in the context of modern production lines. This is followed by the actual design of the mechanization system, which includes the calculation of key machine parameters and verification of its functionality. The final part of the thesis provides a technical evaluation of the proposed mechanization line in terms of functionality, structural simplicity, operational reliability, and potential for practical industrial application. The results obtained in this work may serve as a foundation for further development or the implementation of a specific technical solution in practice.

Študent predstavil členom komisie svoju diplomovú prácu.
