This bachelor's thesis deals with the preparation of a geometric plan for altering the boundary of a local road on Palcary Street in the Brno-Komín cadastral area. The geometric plan (GP) is prepared as a basis for the property-legal settlement of permanently expropriated land. The geometric plan is designed based on project documentation, which delineated the boundary course of the new local road within a situation layout overlaying the cadastral map. The current cadastral map in the Komín cadastral area is maintained as a digitized cadastral map (KMD) in the S-JTSK coordinate system. This digitized cadastral map, at a 1:1,000 scale, was created by reworking surveying results with quality code 3, specifically by recalculating original survey sketches from the St. Stephen cadastral coordinate system and subsequently transforming them into S-JTSK using control points. Detailed points that could not be transformed into S-JTSK were determined via vectorization from the original graphical maps and assigned quality codes 6 or 8. The GP solution involved accounting for these varying quality codes of detailed points and marking them through field staking. Additionally, the bachelor's thesis includes testing the accuracy of the new NIVEL POINT 6 GNSS receiver and assessing its applicability for land registry (KN) purposes. The final output of the geometric plan consists of documentation prepared in compliance with Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., alongside proposed variants for registering the new state into the Cadastre of Real Estate.
