This bachelor thesis focuses on the development and optimalization of an electrochemical method utilizing the perovskite material MAPbBr3 for the detection of hydrogen produced during photocatalytic water splitting. The theoretical section addresses the principles of water photocatalysis, the mechanisms of hydrogen evolution, and the properties of halide perovskites, which are promising materials for modern energy applications. Particular attention is paid to the stability of halide perovskites in non-aqueous media and the factors influencing their electrochemical behavior. The experimental section is aimed at the preparation and characterization of modified electrodes based MAPbBr3 applied onto an ITO substrate and in the form of compact pellet. The electrochemical properties of the prepared samples were analyzed using cyclic voltammetry in non- aqueous medium to monitor the effect of sample structure on the sensitivity, stability and reproducibility of analytical response, followed by assessing the suitability of the prepared electrodes for analytical applications. The results demonstrate that the electrodes in the form of a compact pellet exhibited a higher current response and better electrochemical stability in a non-aqueous medium compared to the layer on the ITO substrate. Research on this perovskite material for electrochemical hydrogen detection thus confirms the potential of perovskites for applications in the field of modern energy technologies.

Student v rámci obhajoby bakalářské práce prezentoval náplň, získané výsledky a závěry práce. Dále byly přečteny posudky vedoucí a oponenta a byly zodpovězeny otázky oponenta. V následné diskusi byly položeny dotazy: doc. Mgr. Student prokázal orientaci v dané problematice, i schopnost samostatné prezentace dosažených výsledků.
