This bachelor's thesis focuses on creating a large-scale thematic map at a scale of 1:250
in the area of interest of the newly renovated park on Bulínova Street. As part of the
preparatory work, a minor control network (MCN) was designed, monumented, and
surveyed. The horizontal positioning of the MCN points was carried out using GNSS
technology utilising the CZEPOS network corrections. The vertical positioning of the
MCN was realised by technical levelling connected to the Czech State Levelling Network.
Detailed points were surveyed using the 3D polar method in combination with tie
distances. Data processing was performed using GROMA and MicroStation software.
The measured data were tested through an independent control measurement. The
accuracy testing results showed that the final geodetic output meets the requirements of
the 1st accuracy class in accordance with the ČSN 01 3410 standard. The final output of
the thesis is a digital map in accordance with the ČSN 01 3411 symbology standard,
which is usable as a basis for teaching purposes at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, BUT
in Brno.
