Abstract:

The subject of this diploma thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the execution of a polyfunctional building in Brno, in the city district of Brno-Zábrdovice. The building is designed as a five-storey, non-basement structure.
A café with a separate entrance is located in the north-western part of the first above-ground floor. The operation includes sanitary facilities for both guests and staff, a kitchenette, a dishwashing area, storage spaces, and staff facilities. The main entrance to the administrative part of the building is situated on the northern façade. An administrative unit and the technical facilities of the building are located in the north-eastern part of the first above-ground floor.
The second above-ground floor accommodates two administrative units, each with its own sanitary facilities, a meeting room, and a storage room. The layout of the third and fourth above-ground floors is identical to that of the second above-ground floor. The fifth above-ground floor is designated for the ventilation plant room serving the stairwell, including a separate emergency power supply.
The building is equipped with two elevators ensuring barrier-free access to all floors.
From a structural point of view, the building is designed as a combined structural system. The stairwell and two stiffening cores are formed by reinforced concrete walls, while the staircase itself is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete structure. The remaining part of the building consists of a reinforced concrete flat-slab structural system. The building envelope is insulated with an External Thermal Insulation Composite System (ETICS).

Student si představil prezentaci na téma své diplomové práce s názvem Polyfunkční dům Lazaretní. Ve své prezentaci představil umístění svého projektu, dispoziční řešení, konstrukční systém a použité materiály. Student si také připravil reakce a odpovědi na otázky a připomínky oponenta. Doplňující otázky oponenta: - Relevantnost počtu zaměstnanců administrativní části a navržený počet parkovacích míst. - Jak je z hlediska záplavových oblastí zařazena řešená lokalita a jak je to zohledněno v návrhu stavby. - Jaký je rozdíl mezi akumulační a retenční nádrží. - Jakým způsobem je řešeno napojení základové desky na svislé konstrukce z hlediska ochrany proti vodě. - Je kotvení tepelného fasádního izolantu prováděno před nebo po provedení perlinky. - Řešení dilatačních celků, odůvodnění navržení polohy dilatačních spár. - Jak by byla řešena výztuž ve stropní desce proti propíchnutí sloupy. - K čemu slouží dorazový klip u pochozí střechy. - Podepření stropní konstrukce v blízkosti schodiště, návrh výtahové šachty. - Vedení odpadního dešťového potrubí v interiéru, opatření při vedení v podhledu. - Odůvodnění návrhu kameniva pod základovou deskou. - Jaká rizika se vyskytují v případě umístění pásových oken na celou šířku místnosti a jaký je možný způsob jejich eliminace. - Z jakého materiálu budou řešeny příčky mezi kabinkami WC? Na připomínky oponenta reagoval student přijatelným způsobem, na otázky položené členy komise k předložené práci odpovídal poněkud nejistě, některé z nich nebyl schopen zodpovědět zcela uspokojivě.
