The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of a new kindergarten building with a leisure-time centre and the preparation of project documentation for construction execution. The proposed building is located in the built-up area of the municipality of Černá u Bohdanče, where the construction of new family houses is currently taking place. There is currently no kindergarten facility in the municipality; therefore, the proposal responds to the need to provide preschool education and leisure-time activities. The building is designed as a detached two-storey structure with one underground floor. The internal layout of the building is divided into a kindergarten section with two classrooms and a separate leisure-time centre. Each kindergarten classroom has its own entrance, cloakroom, and direct access to the outdoor garden. The leisure-time centre has a separate entrance and is operationally separated from the kindergarten area. The total capacity of the building is designed in accordance with the operational and hygienic requirements for preschool facilities. The structural system of the building is designed as masonry construction using ceramic blocks with an external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS). The building is founded on reinforced concrete strip foundations in combination with permanent formwork, while the perimeter walls of the underground floor are also constructed using permanent formwork. Horizontal load-bearing structures above the first and second above-ground floors are designed using prestressed hollow-core slabs of the SPIROLL type. The building is covered with a flat roof with a TPO membrane waterproofing system. The building is designed with an emphasis on functional, clear and safe operational layout, energy efficiency, and a high-quality indoor environment corresponding to the requirements for buildings intended for preschool education. The diploma thesis also addresses building services systems, fire safety, hygienic requirements, and building physics in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.

Studentka si připravila prezentaci své závěrečné práce s názvem Mateřská škola a volnočasové centrum, Černá u Bohdanče. Součástí prezentace byla lokalizace objektu, základní popis objektu, konstrukční, dispoziční a architektonické řešení s vizualizacemi. Studentka si připravila odpovědi na otázky oponenta, které byly zahrnuty do prezentace. Doplňující otázky zkušební komise: - ohyb prostě uloženého nosníku - zakreslování schodiště a výstupní čáry - napojení hydroizolace mezi vodorovnou a svislou rovinou - řešení kročejovy neprůzvučnosti a akustická opatření, vhodné materiály pro vzduchovou neprůzvučnost, akustické podhledy - funkce jednotlivých vrstev ploché střechy a podlahy - zařazení provozu z hlediska požární bezpečnosti a řešení únikových cest, obsah požárních úseků. Na připomínky oponenta reagovala studentka nepřesvědčivě, svoje řešení obhajovala nejistě a nebyla schopna je přijatelně zdůvodnit. Rovněž otázky položené členy komise nezodpověděla zcela dobře.
