Abstract:

The aim of the diploma thesis is to prepare the project documentation for a new polyfunctional building to be located in the town of Hranice. The building has a total of four storeys, one of which is underground and three above ground. The underground floor contains a parking garage, a technical room, an HVAC plant room, and a battery room. The first above-ground floor accommodates commercial premises and a reception area with access to the upper floors. The second and third above-ground floors are intended for administrative use. These floors include entrance halls, kitchenettes, meeting rooms, archives, sanitary facilities, as well as offices of various sizes. All floors are connected by a staircase and an elevator. The building provides barrier-free access. In front of the building, there is also an outdoor parking area, which includes two parking spaces for persons with reduced mobility and orientation. The entire building is founded on a white tank system. The structural system is a reinforced concrete frame, with perimeter infill masonry made of ceramic blocks combined with an external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS). Internal partitions are made of ceramic bricks or gypsum board constructions, while the staircase core consists of a monolithic reinforced concrete wall. The underground floor is enclosed by white tank walls. Floor structures are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The roof is designed as a single-ply flat roof. The façade will be predominantly beige in color, with facade cladding used in selected areas.
