Abstract:

The aim of this master’s thesis is to elaborate project documentation for the construction of a polyclinic providing outpatient healthcare services without inpatient facilities. In addition to the polyclinic operation, the building also includes a pharmacy and a café. The proposed building is located in the built-up area of the city of Plzeň and is designed as a publicly accessible civic amenities building.
The building is designed as a multi-storey structure with one underground level and two above-ground floors. The layout is adapted to the requirements of outpatient healthcare operations. The building comprises 14 specialised medical workplaces. The functional programme includes waiting areas, medical consulting rooms, sanitary facilities, technical rooms and communication spaces, including elevators. A collective garage is located in the basement, and the pharmacy and café are designed as independent units with separate entrances from the ground floor level.
The structural system of the building is designed as a combined reinforced concrete system using monolithic load-bearing structures. The vertical load-bearing structures consist of reinforced concrete walls and columns, while the horizontal load-bearing structures are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete slabs with concealed beams. The staircase core is designed as a reinforced concrete structure. The roof structure is designed as a single-layer flat roof. The building is founded on a foundation slab. The building envelope is designed as a ventilated façade clad with cement-bonded particle boards.
The energy performance of the building is assessed through the energy evaluation of the building envelope. The design of the building structures and material solutions reflects the requirements for reducing the energy demand of the building and ensuring a high-quality indoor environment.
The master’s thesis focuses on the building-technical and structural design of the building at a level corresponding to the project documentation stage.

Studentka si připravila prezentaci své závěrečné práce s názvem Poliklinika. Součástí prezentace byla lokalizace objektu, základní popis objektu, konstrukční, dispoziční a architektonické řešení s vizualizacemi. Studentka si připravila odpovědi na otázky oponenta, které byly zahrnuty do prezentace. Doplňující otázky zkušební komise: - jaké jsou požadavky na stavební konstrukce v blízkosti rentgenového zařízení - kotvení konstrukce výtahu vůči skladbě podlahy - kotvící prvek pro zateplovací systémy střešní vs fasádní, odůvodnění zápustné montáže, postup montáže fasády - provozní návaznost na zásobování - požadavky na nášlapné vrstvy v exteriéru - zajištění vodotěsnosti prahu u dveří do exteriéru. Student s velmi dobrým přehledem zaujímal odborná stanoviska ke všem připomínkám oponenta a velmi dobře reagoval i na všechny otázky členů komise, které byly k obhajované práci položeny.
