Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the design of a prefabricated load-bearing structure, which is divided into a production hall and an administrative building separated by an expansion joint. The ground plan of the structure has an L-shaped layout with maximum dimensions of 55 × 24 m. The production hall is a single-storey building arranged in a column structural system with a clear height of 8.2 m and an overall height of 9.95 m. An administrative building is attached to the hall; it is designed as a beam-and-slab structural system with three above-ground storeys and a total height of 11.77 m. The thesis is divided into a static analysis section, in which the structural system of the building and selected load-bearing elements are designed and assessed. In the production hall, the analysed elements include a pitched roof truss, a column, a column socket, and a beam above the entrance to the hall. In the administrative part, the analysed elements include the main and secondary beams forming a Gerber beam and columns with column base connections. Another part of the thesis consists of system drawings of individual storeys and fabrication drawings of the assessed elements. The structural assessment was carried out using manual calculations in Microsoft Excel and numerical analyses in SCIA Engineer 25 and IDEA StatiCa v.25. The drawings were prepared using Revit 25 and CADKON RC+ 2025.
