Abstract:

The thesis deals with machine readability of data in BIM for transport infrastructure construction in the Czech Republic. It focuses on practice, where non-graphical requirements are often entered in MS Excel, which leads to ambiguities, errors in manual filling, limited validation, and poorer connectivity with other systems in the construction process. The theoretical part introduces BIM and related legislation in the Czech Republic, defines the principles of machine readability, and compares selected formats and standards (e.g., XLSX, CSV, XML, JSON, IFC, IDS). The practical part verifies the error rate in a fictitious road construction project, where various respondents filled in the required non-graphical information according to the data standard. Based on the results of the work, it proposes measures to increase uniformity and automation for various participants in the construction process throughout the life cycle of the building.

Student charakterizoval řešenou problematiku, dále jmenoval nový zákon o BIM, a popsal strojovou čitatelnost a problematiku zadání parametrů.
