Abstract:

This diploma thesis focuses on the design of a community leisure centre located in the town of Galanta. The subject of the thesis is the elaboration of the architectural, spatial, and technical-structural solution of the building within the scope of a diploma project.
The proposed building is designed as a multi-storey public structure with a combination of social, cultural, and operational functions. The building consists of one underground floor and two above-ground floors. The underground floor accommodates a collective garage and the technical facilities of the building. The first above-ground floor contains a café, retail space, dance hall, and concert hall. The second above-ground floor is dedicated to classrooms, a relaxation and educational space, and offices. The spatial layout of the building is designed with an emphasis on functional clarity, logical operational relationships, and barrier-free use.
The load-bearing structural system of the building is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete frame, with envelope structures meeting thermal and energy performance requirements. The floor structures are monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The roof structures are designed as a combination of flat green roofs and an intensive soil-based roof.

Studentka si připravila prezentaci své závěrečné práce s názvem Komunitné centrum volného času. Součástí prezentace byla lokalizace objektu, základní popis objektu, konstrukční, dispoziční a architektonické řešení s vizualizacemi. Studentka si připravila odpovědi na otázky oponenta, které byly zahrnuty do prezentace. Doplňující otázky zkušební komise: - dispoziční rozmístění parkovacích míst - volba konstrukčního systému pro založení, alternativa - provedení dilatace a rozdělení na dilatační celky - nosný systém objektu - rozestup mezi sáním a výfukem nuceného větrání - jak zamezíte šíření požáru mezi jednotlivými požárními úseky po fasádě - akustická opatření - oddělení čisté a špinavé provozní zóny. rohož - umístění podlahové vpusti - počet a umístění revizních dvířek - spádování podlahy, minimální sklon - provozní a dispoziční řešení - umístění schodišťových stupňů, lícování s výtahovou šachtou - přerušení tepelných mostů - umístění kontejnerů pro komunální odpad. Na připomínky oponenta reagovala studentka přijatelným způsobem, na otázky položené členy komise k předložené práci odpovídala poněkud nejistě, některé z nich nebyla schopna zodpovědět zcela uspokojivě.
