Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the design of a heating system and domestic hot water
preparation for a cultural center with a multifunctional hall. The theoretical part focuses
on an overview of selected building heating systems, their operating principles, and
areas of application. The calculation part addresses the determination of the building’s
heat losses, the design of the heat source, the heating system, and related technical
equipment. The heat source is designed as a boiler room with three condensing boilers
connected in cascade.
Two variants of the heating system are proposed within the thesis. The first variant
considers heating the service areas by means of radiators, while the second variant
utilizes underfloor heating. In both variants, the multifunctional hall is heated by
suspended radiant panels. The experimental part of the thesis is devoted to a numerical
simulation of the indoor environment behavior of the multifunctional hall using radiant
heating. The simulation was carried out in the DesignBuilder software with the use of
CFD calculations. The simulation results are used to assess thermal comfort, air flow
distribution, and ventilation performance in the hall.

2. Návrh trojcestného směšovacího ventilu a autorita ventilu. 3. Průtoky a teploty z větví. 4. Rekonstrukce a zateplení objektu. 5. Osazení kalorimetrů a oběhových čerpadel. 6. Provoz objektu a reálné vytížení budovy. Student velmi dobře reagoval na připomínky oponenta i členů komise a snažil se zdůvodnit navržená a použitá řešení.
