This master’s thesis focuses on the possibilities of using alternative raw materials in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) and on their influence on the properties of the resulting material when replacing the filler—siliceous sand. It also examines their resistance to aggressive environments such as sulfate attack and carbonation. The theoretical part describes the current approach and development in the use of secondary and waste materials, the types of alternative raw materials used for AAC production, and the effects of aggressive environments on AAC. In the practical part, the optimal proportion of the alternative raw materials is verified, the alternatives are selected, and the properties of the fresh mix and the autoclaved material are described and evaluated. Finally, the thesis investigates the properties and percentage changes of autoclaved mixes containing alternative fillers when exposed to aggressive environments.

Student představil komisi formou prezentace svoji diplomovou práci a reagoval na dotazy členů komise. Během obhajoby položili členové komise následující otázky: doc. Ing. Radomír Sokolář, Ph.D. - Nebyla by lepší jiná délka vláken aby nedocházelo ke shlukům? doc. Ing. Karel Dvořák, Ph.D. – Víte jak vypadá matematické optimum? doc. Ing.
