Abstract:

The subject of this Master’s thesis is the development of project documentation for the new construction of a sports center in Brno. The building is designed as a compact public facility with sports and recreational functions, supplemented by administrative and operational facilities. The building consists of one underground floor and two above-ground floors, where the second above-ground floor is partially recessed and the roofing is designed as a flat green roof. The entire building is designed to be barrier-free.
In terms of layout, the first above-ground floor consists of an entrance area with a vestibule and reception, client facilities, locker rooms, and sanitary facilities, which provide subsequent access to the gym. The gym is divided into functional zones, including a zone designated for people with reduced mobility. The sports operation connects to an outdoor training zone featuring artificial turf and an outdoor fitness area. The second above-ground floor houses administrative spaces—offices and a reception with a waiting room, including relevant sanitary facilities. The underground floor contains a collective garage with a capacity of 31 parking spaces, 6 of which are reserved for people with reduced mobility, as well as technical and storage facilities.
Vertical circulation between floors is ensured by a staircase and an evacuation elevator.
The structural system is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete frame with a maximum axial column span of 7.5 × 6.65 m, supplemented by shear walls and girders. The building is founded on a monolithic waterproof foundation slab with a thickness of 500 mm, while the floor slabs are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete plates with a thickness of 250 mm. The building envelope is insulated with mineral wool with a thickness of 200 mm.

OTÁZKY OPONENTA: 1) Půdorys 1.PP – Jak bude řešena předpokládaná kanalizace u technické místnosti, její napojení na hlavní kanalizační síť? Úroveň půdorysu je cca v -3,270. Jaký typ výtahu je uvažován (není uvedeno v textové části) a s tím související nutnost návrhu strojovny výtahu? Jak je zajištěno větrání výtahové šachty? - ODPOVĚZENO, DISKUZE - KOMISE NAVRHUJE VHODNĚJŠÍ ŘEŠENÍ OTÁZKY KOMISE: 1) spádování technické místnosti, odvedení vody - DISKUZE Student s dokonalým přehledem zaujímal odborná stanoviska ke všem připomínkám oponenta a výborně reagoval i na všechny otázky členů komise, které byly k obhajované práci položeny.
