Abstract:

This Master’s thesis focuses on the design of the main load-bearing steel structure of a railway bridge crossing the D6 motorway near Petrohrad, located on a single-track, 2nd class railway line between Plzeň and Žatec. The bridge has a span of 58 m, is situated on a straight track section, and structurally functions as a simply supported beam. The main load-bearing element consists of a pair of full-web girders with an open I-section, stiffened by a closed-section arch with vertical hangers, forming a so-called Langer girder. The total length of the steel structure is 59.2 m and its height is 11.0 m, with an axial distance between the girders of 6.05 m and a total bridge width of 6.8 m. The bridge deck is designed as an orthotropic deck with longitudinal flat bar stiffeners, while in the transverse direction, the deck plate is reinforced by inverted T-section cross-girders at axial intervals of 2.0 m. The arches are interconnected at three points by closed-section frame bracing. The connection of the girder, arch, and hangers is realized using gusset plates. The entire structure is mounted on four spherical bearings and is designed using S355 grade steel.

Student v rámci obhajoby prezentoval zadání a hlavní výsledky své závěrečné práce a vyjádřil se k připomínkám a dotazům oponenta. V následné diskuzi reagoval na připomínky a dotazy členů komise k závěrečné práci: prof. Ing. Josef Vičan, CSc.: Počítal jste spolupůsobící příčník pro smykové ochabnutí? Jak je namáhána mostovka v systému Langerova trámu? prof. Ing. Marcela Karmazínová, CSc.: Řešení připojení táhel. Jak byl volen průjezdný profil mostu? Ing. Ivan Balázs, Ph.D.: Je navržená mostovka ortotropní? Jak byla navržena tloušťka mostovky? Co je to smykové ochabnutí a kdy nastává? Jaká je navržena hydroizolace? Ing. Antonín Pechal, CSc.: Byla v rámci závěrečné práce řešena i montáž mostu? Ing. Radim Pokorný: Uložení mostu a přenos sil do spodní stavby? Student reagoval velmi dobře.
