Abstract:

The thesis deals with the design of an optimal solution for sanitary installations in a three-story elementary school building. The layout of the building is characterized by the identical placement of sanitary facilities on each floor. These are complemented by classrooms, cleaning rooms, rooms for teachers, and a janitor's room. Vertical communication in the building is provided by a pair of staircases and elevators. All backbone distribution systems are located in installation walls, with the technical facilities of the building located on the first floor. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the issue of hot water preparation and the methodology for determining the calculated flow rate in the Czech Republic and Germany, including the processing of a variant design. The subsequent calculation and design part contains a design for internal water distribution, sewerage, and domestic gas pipelines.

Studentka nejprve představila svou práci formou prezentace v PowerPointu, kde popsala téma Zdravotně technické instalace v základní škole J.A. Komenského. Vyjádřila se k připomínkám oponenta a odpovídala na připomínky členů komise. Otázky od členů komise: 1. Dotazy na téma zaznačení symbolů ve výkresech. 2. Šířka stěn u potrubí typu PE/HDPE. 3. Využití dešťové vody v rámci hospodaření objektu. 4. Posuzovaní tlakového pásma. 5. Umístění objektu na pozemku. 6. Drenáže v okolí objektu. 7. Porovnání variant přímotopného a nepřímotopného ohřevu. Na připomínky oponenta i členů komise reagovala studentka poněkud nepřesvědčivým způsobem, některá navržená řešení nezdůvodnila dostatečně.
