The aim of this Master’s thesis is to design a nearly zero energy building. The project proposes a detached two-story facility with a flat roof located in Žebětín. The first floor’s southern section houses a reception area with stairs leading to the second floor and staff facilities; the western section contains a HIIT hall and a gym. Changing rooms and a utility room are located on the opposite side of the floor. The second floor includes a cardio zone, a yoga hall, and a massage room. The building is founded on reinforced concrete strip foundations. Vertical structures consist of ceramic blocks, while horizontal structures are designed using monolithic reinforced concrete slabs and prestressed hollow-core panels. The main source for heating, cooling, and hot water preparation is an air-to-water heat pump, with added photovoltaic panels for additional power supply. Building service systems include heating and cooling via a fan-coil system and MVHR system. The documentation includes an Energetic performance certificate. The third part of the thesis experimentally validates low-cost sensors against a Fluke 985 reference device. A linearity analysis confirmed their reliability for monitoring pollution trends, although absolute values exhibited significant systematic bias. The Sensirion SPS30 model was identified as the most suitable for HVAC control. The measurement results serve to determine correction coefficients for refining operation within a real-world fitness center environment.

2. Praxe - PENB. 3. Obsazenost - počet parkovacích míst. 4. Využití dešťové vody z retenční nádrže. 5. Schéma a návaznost TZB profese. 6. Měření průtoku, pojistné a měřící armatury. Student vcelku dobře reagoval na připomínky oponenta i členů komise k předložené diplomové práci a snažil se obhájit většinu svých řešení.
