Abstract:

This master’s thesis focuses on the preparation of documentation for the execution of buildings. The project concerns a new hotel building with a restaurant and saunas intended for accommodated guests. The building is located on a flat plot at the edge of the built-up area of Rapotín. The structure includes a basement and three floors above-ground. The foundation is constructed of a combination of a „white“ and „black bath“. The structural system of the building consists of masonry made of calcium silicate blocks; the basement walls are constructed of lost formwork blocks. The horizontal load-bearing structures are made of reinforced concrete and the building has a flat roof with a membrane waterproofing sytem. The built-up area of the building is 940 m2.

Studentka si připravila prezentaci své závěrečné práce s názvem Hotel. Součástí prezentace byla lokalizace objektu, základní popis objektu, konstrukční, dispoziční a architektonické řešení s vizualizacemi. Studentka si připravila odpovědi na otázky oponenta, které byly zahrnuty do prezentace. Doplňující otázky zkušební komise: - popiště konstrukcí "bílé vany", odůvodněte její návrh, alternativní řešení vzhledem k ochraně proti radonu - kotvení poplastovaných plechů - jaké je statické schéma uložení schodiště - jak je zajištěno odvětrání prostor sauny - otevíravost dveřních křídel. Studentka s dokonalým přehledem zaujímala odborná stanoviska ke všem připomínkám oponenta a výborně reagovala i na všechny otázky členů komise, které byly k obhajované práci položeny.
