Abstract:

The topic of this thesis is a construction technology project dealing with the construction of a two-story kindergarten in Brno in the Bystrc district. The thesis includes a technical report, a coordination plan for the construction site with wider transport links, a time and financial plan for the building, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages of the building construction, a construction site equipment plan, a proposal for the main construction machinery and mechanisms, technical specifications and an inspection and testing plan for the installation of Spiroll prefabricated ceilings,  an itemized budget for selected parts, a noise study, and a health and safety plan for work on the construction site.

Student představil svou bakalářskou práci na téma Mateřská škola Nad Dědinou - Stavebně technologický projekt. Na následujícím snímku popsal širší vztahy a základní informace o budově. Na následujícím snímku popsal konstrukční systém stavby. Následně popsal časově finanční plán, studii realizaci hlavních technologických etap objektu a projekt zařízení staveniště. Na dalším snímku popsal grafickou část zařízení staveniště. Na následujícím snímku uvedl návrh hlavních stavebních strojů a mechanismu. Následně popsal plán zajištění materiálových zdrojů, technologický předpis a kontrolní a zkušební plán konstrukce spiroll. Na následujících snímcích uvedl certifikaci LEED, hlukovou studii a BOZP Reakce na dotazy oponentů Na poznámku – Postrádám klasifikaci rizik. reagoval a své řešení si obhájil. Na otázku, zda by mohl definovat hodnocení LEED, student odpověděl a odpovídal i na doplňující otázky.
