The subject of this master’s thesis is the preparation of a construction technology project for the implementation of the ESSENS administrative building located in the Brno-Líšeň district. The thesis focuses on the design of construction technological procedures, including the organization of the construction site under urban conditions. The thesis includes a technical report, an analysis of wider transport connections to the construction site, an object-based time and financial plan, and a study of the implementation of the main technological stages of construction.

For the main construction object, an itemized budget, a workforce demand chart, and a detailed construction schedule are prepared. The thesis also includes the design of construction site facilities, including drawing documentation and a proposal for the use of construction machinery and equipment. Within the technological regulation, the thesis addresses the execution of foundation structures, including the design of an inspection and testing plan. The final part of the thesis focuses on the assessment of selected environmental aspects of construction in accordance with LEED certification principles and on the quality of the indoor environment of the building.
