This master’s thesis deals with the preparation of selected parts of the construction technology project for a new office building with a caretaker’s apartment and a storage hall in the municipality of Ždánice. The building is designed in the industrial area of the municipality. The thesis includes a technical report for the construction technology project, a coordinated site layout with wider transportation links, and an object-based construction schedule and financial plan.
The next part focuses on the study of the implementation of the main technological stages of the office building, including the description of preparatory and earthworks, construction of the substructure and superstructure, roofing, and finishing works. The processing also includes a construction site facilities plan, a proposal of the main construction machinery and mechanisms, and a time schedule for the office building. Furthermore, a technological procedure and an inspection and test plan for a cast-in-place reinforced concrete slab are prepared. Occupational health and safety is also addressed. The final part focuses on the design of intelligent building management and the assessment of its application to the office building and the hall in terms of operational efficiency and economic benefits.
