The subject of this thesis is creation of selected parts of the construction technology project for realization of a multifunctional building in Brno. Specifically, the thesis is focuses on main construction object multifunctional building. The thesis includes the processing of a technical report on the construction technology project, a coordination situation with a solution for broader transport relations and routes, an object time and financial plan, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages, a solution for the construction site equipment, a proposal for machine assemblies, a time schedule for the rough construction of the main building, a solution for securing the main material resources for monolithic and brick load-bearing structures, technological specifications, and control test plans for monolithic and brick load-bearing structures. It also includes a noise study of the construction site, an itemized budget for rough construction, and an economic analysis of the development project.
