Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to prepare the implementation of the second construction phase of a new residential zone in Vrchlabí. Specifically, the thesis focuses on selected parts of the construction technology project, primarily for the structural framework of residential buildings. The work addresses the execution of all cast-in-place concrete structures, including deep foundations using bored piles. For these construction processes, technological procedures were prepared, along with the design and verification of supply routes and inspection plans to ensure quality. For the entire construction phase, a proposal of the machinery setup and a plan to ensure occupational health and safety requirements were also developed. The project is further addressed from a time and cost perspective, specifically in the form of an object-based time and financial plan, a construction schedule for the structural framework of the main building, and a bill of quantities also for the structural framework of the main building. The thesis also includes a site layout plan, including the placement and verification of the main machinery required for the construction. Finally, the calculation of the stripping time for cast-in-place concrete structures is presented, along with an alternative proposal for the concrete strength class, including its impact on stripping time and costs.

Student seznámi členy komise s obsahem diplomové práce po technické a obsahové stránce. Dále proběhla rozprava při otázkách oponenta. Členové komise se dotazovali průběžně: doc. Motyčka rozprava o soustavě věžových jeřábů, student částečně odpověděl. dr. Mohapl rozprava o betonových směsích, student částečně odpověděl. dr. Vlčková rozprava k otázkám oponenta a hlukovém zatížení kokolí od stavby, student odpověděl. ing. Doubek rozprava o vrtné soupravě a pilotách, student částečně odpověděl.
