Abstract:

This master´s thesis focuses on the preparation of a construction and technological project for the construction of a kindergarten located on Železničná cesta in Tvrdošovce. The thesis includes a technical report, a coordination site plan, transport routes, a construction schedule and cost plan, studies of the implementation of the main technological stages, a site facilities plan, a proposal of the main construction machinery and equipment, a time schedule of the main construction object, a bill of quantities, technological procedures for masonry structures and the construction of stormwater drainage and retention tanks, an inspection and test plan for masonry structures, occupational health and safety documentation for masonry works, and studies on the use of rainwater for irrigation of green areas.

Studentka představila svoji diplomovou práci po technické a obsahové stránce. Dále přitoupila k zodpovězení otázek oponenta. Členové komise vznesli dotazy: dr. Šlanhof rozprava o položkoách na kritické cestě v rámci časového plánu, studentka částečně odpověděla. dr. Diaz rozprava o konceptu zařízení staveniště, studentka částečně odpověděla. dr. Krupicová rozprava ke keramickému zdivu a kotvící pásky, studentka částečně odpověděla. ing. Doubek rozprava k připomínkám oponenta, studentka odpověděla.
