Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the processing of the construction and technological project for the construction of a complex of family houses in Nová Ves near Pohořelice. It is a complex of 25 two-storey family houses made of ceramic blocks. The diploma thesis contains a technical report on the construction and technological project, the coordination situation of the construction with wider transport relations, the time and financial plan of the construction, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages, a project of the construction site equipment, a design of the main construction machines and mechanisms, a time plan of the main building object, a plan for securing material resources, a technological regulation for the implementation of a monolithic ceiling structure, a control and test plan for monolithic ceiling structures. It also includes an occupational health and safety plan, an itemized budget, LEED certification and a comparison of construction organization methods.

Student představil svou bakalářskou práci na téma Stavebně technologický projekt výstavby komplexu rodinných domů v Nové Vsi u Pohořelic. Student představil základní informace o stavbě. Na dalším snímku ukázal staveniště objektu. Následně popsal fáze výstavby projektu. Následně popsal bilanci pracovníků a porovnání metod organizace výstavby. Na dalším snímku uvedl závěr porovnání metod. Reakce na dotazy oponentů: Na otázku, kolik se dává ztratné u betonáže student odpověděl. Na otázku, zda krov bude pohledový, student odpověděl, Na doplňující otázky doc. Kantové na téma ošetření dřeva proti škůdcům odpověděl váhavě.
