Abstract:

The thesis addresses the development of a construction-technology project for a commercial facility located in Brno. It comprises elaborated sections of the technical report; a coordination site plan including broader transport-route relations; a project-level time and cost schedule; a study of the implementation of the principal technological stages of the main structure; a construction site layout design; a proposal for the primary construction machinery; a detailed time schedule for the main building; a material resource management plan for the main structure; a technological procedure for the execution of a flat green roof; a quality control and testing plan for the construction of the flat green roof; a draft contract for work; and an itemized budget supplemented with a bill of quantities.

Process of defence

Student představil svou diplomovou práci na téma – Stavebně technologický projekt komerčního objektu v Brně. Student seznámil komisi s obsahem své práce. Představil obecné informace o stavbě. Poté popsal konstrukční řešení stavby a širší vztahy polohy objektu. Následně představil Finanční a časový harmonogram a objektový časový plán hlavního objektu. Poté představil položkový rozpočet. Představil i koncept zařízení staveniště včetně objektů umístěných na staveništi. Následně popsal komunikace na staveništi a BOZP. Poté popsal hlavní pracovní stroje a vybrané stavební procesy monolitických konstrukcí a zastřešení objektu. Reakce na dotazy oponentů Student odpověděl na otázku – Jak vysoko má být provedená svislá HI vrstva, Student odpověděl Dotaz – Co myslíte "vodotěsné lepidlo pod obklad" student objasnil. Na dotaz – Jaký typ omítky použijete na zdivo Heluz? Student odpověděl. Proč se provádí HI bílé vany? Student odpověděl. Na doplňující dotazy odpověděl nejistě. Na následující dotazy oponenta student odpovídal.
