This thesis deals with the determination of price indicators for selected revitalization measures for apartment buildings. The theoretical part analyzes the basic technical principles and economic methods related to the planning and evaluation of construction investments, including the calculation of return on investment and the impact of subsidy programs. The practical part is based on an analysis of 35 real construction project budgets, on the basis of which unit price indicators were determined, and annual energy savings and subsidy amounts were estimated. The main output of the thesis is a clear and user-friendly form that allows for a quick estimate of the approximate cost of revitalizing a specific building, calculating the amount of subsidies, annual savings, and return on investment. This tool can serve as a practical aid in deciding on the economic feasibility of revitalization projects.
The thesis could thus contribute to better public awareness in the area of sustainable management of the housing stock.
