Abstract:

This diploma thesis focuses on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company ZIPP Brno over the period 2019–2024. The first part defines the theoretical foundations of financial analysis, which serve as a methodological framework for the analytical section of the thesis. The practical part is dedicated to the strategic and financial analysis of the company with the aim of assessing its financial performance, stability, and liquidity in the context of developments in the construction industry. Based on the results of the analysis, measures aimed at improving the company’s economic performance and longterm stability are proposed.

Závěrečnou práci obhajovala jasně a srozumitelně. Z jejího přednesu bylo patrné, že k úkolům, které řešila, přistupovala velmi zodpovědně. Na otázky členů komise odpověděla pohotově a s přehledem. Rovněž na doplňkové otázky od oponenta odpověděla správně a jasně. Státní zkušební komise závěrem konstatovala, že studentka svou závěrečnou práci obhájila na výborné požadované úrovni.
