This bachelor thesis focuses on the design of a new single-family house intended for a family of four in the city of Třinec. The documentation is prepared at the level of construction implementation documentation in accordance with Decree No. 131/2024 Coll. It includes, among other things, Part A – Cover Sheet, Part B – Comprehensive Technical Report, Part D – Building Documentation, and expert assessments in the field of building physics, such as acoustics, daylighting, sunlight exposure, and thermal-technical evaluation. The proposed building is partially basemented and located in the southern part of Třinec. The building plot has a rectangular shape, slightly sloping from west to east, and resembles a parallelogram. The terrain is open, undeveloped, without mature vegetation, and consists of mostly flat clay soil. The nearest surrounding buildings are multi-storey apartment and family houses with habitable attics. The proposed house is sufficiently set back from the plot boundaries, ensuring that it does not interfere with any future neighboring developments. The family house is designed as a detached building with two above-ground floors and one underground floor (basement). The spatial and architectural design respects the terrain configuration, orientation to the cardinal directions, and urban context of the site. The entrance and access road are located on the north side. The building footprint consists of two staggered rectangular volumes. Living spaces are oriented to the south and southwest to maximize natural daylight. Quiet zones are located on the second floor, while circulation and technical spaces are situated in the basement and first floor. The structural system consists of ceramic Porotherm masonry, supplemented in the lower parts with permanent formwork. The floor structures are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The building is founded on concrete strip foundations with two rows of permanent formwork, while under the basement only strip foundations are used. The facade is insulated with an ETICS contact insulation system and finished with white modified silicate plaster. The house has a flat roof with gravel surfacing, with a green roof designed above the garage. The design also includes essential technical building systems such as ventilation, sewage, heating, and rainwater drainage.

Student představil svou závěrečnou práci na téma "Rodinný dům v Třinci." V úvodu byla představena lokalita stavby a umístění objektu v rámci pozemku. Byly prezentovány dispozice jednotlivých podlaží objektu. Bylo představeno konstrukční a materiálové řešení stavby. V závěru bylo představeno architektonické ztvárnění objektu. V rámci prezentace student následně objasnil dotazy oponenta bakalářské práce. Zkušební komisí byly následně položeny následující doplňující dotazy: - Objasněte výškové umístění okapového chodníku. - Objasněte navržené omítkové souvrství na systému ETICS. - Popište navržené řešení HI suterénu. - Objasněte konstrukční návrh schodiště. - Zdůvodněte navržené dispoziční řešení a velikost chodby. Typologické řešení kuchyňské linky. - Zdůvodněte volbu HI vrstvy střešních konstrukcí. Student se snažil vcelku velmi dobře reagovat na připomínky oponenta a zdůvodňovat svoje navrhovaná řešení, rovněž na většinu otázek členů komise k předložené práci reagoval velmi dobře.
