Abstract:

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the design and development of the construction project documentation for a residential apartment building. The building is located in Hradec Králové, on U Parku Street, in an area characterized predominantly by residential development.
The aim of the thesis is to propose the spatial layout, structural, and technical solutions for a three-story apartment building with a partial basement. The design of the layout responds to the requirements of modern urban living while respecting the character of the surrounding built environment and the terrain configuration.
The above-ground floors accommodate a total of eight residential units with layouts of 1-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments. Additionally, the ground floor (1st above-ground level) includes a meeting room. The underground section of the building is designated for technical facilities, storage areas, and bicycle storage.
The structural system is designed as a wall system, with vertical load-bearing elements constructed from ceramic blocks. The perimeter walls of the basement are made from permanent formwork blocks. The horizontal load-bearing structures consist of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The roof is designed as a single-layer flat roof with an extensive green roofing system. The building is founded on reinforced concrete strip footings.
The thesis includes project documentation corresponding to sections A, B, C, and selected parts of section D, in accordance with Decree No. 131/2024 Coll. The documentation comprises architectural drawings, construction details, a building physics assessment, and conceptual proposals for heating, ventilation, and domestic hot water systems. Emphasis is placed on compliance with requirements for nearly zero-energy buildings. The documentation was developed using BIM software, and the output includes a model in IFC format.

Studentka si připravila prezentaci své závěrečné práce s názvem Návrh novostavby bytového domu. Součástí prezentace byla lokalizace objektu, základní popis objektu, konstrukční, dispoziční a architektonické řešení s vizualizacemi. Studentka si připravila odpovědi na otázky oponenta, které byly zahrnuty do prezentace. Doplňující otázky zkušební komise: - bezpečnostní odvodnění ploché střechy - volba tvaru základové konstrukce - odvětrání schodiště v suterénu Studentka s dokonalým přehledem zaujímala odborná stanoviska ke všem připomínkám oponenta a výborně reagovala i na všechny otázky členů komise, které byly k obhajované práci položeny.
