Abstract:

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the design of a nearly-zero-energy detached house. The design emphasizes energy efficiency, healthy indoor environment and the use of modern technical solutions. The building is located in the village Dolní Dunajovice in the South Moravian Region. It is a two-storey house with a gable roof and a garage. The architectural design is based on the requirements for a compact shape in order to minimize heat loss and achieve high comfort of living.
Thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part covers the architectural and structural design, including, thermal assessment, fire safety and building physics. The floor slab is made of reinforced concrete. The exterior walls are from ceramic blocks and insulated with mineral wool.
The second part deals with design of building services, including heating sys-tems, hot water preparation, rainwater management, electrical wiring and detailed design of HVAC system. A NILAN VP18 K compact air handling unit is installed in the building to provide ventilation, heat recovery, water heating and cooling. Rainwater is collected from the roofs and stored in a tank for garden irrigation. The renewable energy source consists of photovoltaic panels, placed on the southeast side of the roof.
One of the key elements of this design is the integration of an interior green wall with the PlantBox modules. This system is designed to be fully automatic, with irri-gation connected to the water and waste system. Calculations for the indoor green wall have confirmed its passive cooling effect, its ability to humidify the air, bind dust particles and improve the indoor microclimate. The building is classified as energy class A. The work highlights the importance of incorporating greenery into contemporary living and promotes green building solutions.

2. Funkce rekuperace v letním období. 3. Úprava terénu a výškové rozdíly. 4. Vedení VZT v podlaze a křížení s podlahovým vytápěním. 5. Odvětrání podloží. 6. Modulové řešení zelených stěn a jejich konstrukce. Studentka výborně reagovala a zaujala stanoviska ke všem připomínkám k předložené bakalářské práci od oponenta i členů komise.
