Abstract:

My bachelor thesis focuses on the design of heating and domestic hot water systems for a newly built apartment building with a commercial unit. In the theoretical part, I concentrate on heating elements, with a detailed analysis of convectors and their appropriate use in heating systems. The calculation section includes the design and calculation of the building’s heat losses, followed by the selection of suitable heating elements and the dimensioning of the heating system and fittings. I then assess whether these proposed solutions are feasible. For this building, I have chosen condensing gas boilers as the heat source. The project section contains graphical representations of the designed system components, specifically in the form of construction-level project documentation. The final part of the thesis is the technical report, which includes complete project documentation and appendices.

Student nejprve představil svou práci formou prezentace v PowerPointu, kde popsal "Návrh vytápění bytového domu s provozovnou". Vyjádřil se k připomínkám oponenta a odpovídal na připomínky členů komise. Otázky od členů komise: 1. Posouzení tlaku na vstupu do soustavy. 2. Legenda a symboly ve výkresech. 3. Dimenze potrubí a rychlost proudění při návrhu. 4. Limitní rychlosti u měděného potrubí. 5. Délka potrubí a posouzení dilatace. 6. Umístění otopných těles a jejich napojení. 7. Princip a funkce navržené otopné soustavy. Student velmi dobře reagoval na připomínky oponenta i členů komise a snažil se zdůvodnit navržená a použitá řešení.
