Abstract:

This bachelor thesis addresses the issue of building demolition from the perspective of legal and economic aspects. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the legal framework and economic context associated with the demolition process and, based on a case study, to assess how these aspects influence practice.
The introductory chapters present the theoretical background, the historical development of approaches to building demolition, and the current requirements of Czech legislation. This is followed by an overview of the costs associated with demolition works. The practical part of the thesis is dedicated to a case study of building removal, in which the legal and economic aspects of the entire process are analyzed.

Závěrečnou práci obhajovala jasně a srozumitelně. Z jejího přednesu bylo patrné, že k úkolům, které řešila, přistupovala velmi zodpovědně. Na otázky členů komise odpověděla pohotově a s přehledem. Rovněž na doplňkové otázky od oponenta odpověděla správně a jasně. Státní zkušební komise závěrem konstatovala, že studentka svou závěrečnou práci obhájila na výborné požadované úrovni.
