Abstract:

This diploma thesis focuses on the revitalization of the historic center of the village
of Hostěradice, specifically the former town hall building and its surroundings.
Hostěradice is located in the South Moravian Region and is known for its rich history,
cultural traditions, and its position within an important wine-producing area. The
aim of the proposal is to transform the former town hall into a cultural and
community center, with an emphasis on preserving the historical and architectural
values of the building. The project also includes the revitalization of the public
square and the infill of gaps in the historical built environment with new residential
buildings that respect the scale and character of the village. The design integrates
public, community, and residential functions while emphasizing sensitive urban
integration, the quality of public spaces, and support for local community life. The
proposal incorporates sustainability principles, promotes pedestrian movement,
introduces greenery, and retains original structural elements such as vaults and
historic masonry. The project aims to restore the natural center of the village,
serving not only the residents of Hostěradice but also those from surrounding areas.

Studentka úvodem prezentovala svůj projekt Revitalizace historického jádra Hostěradic. Byly přečteny posudky vedoucího a oponenta diplomové práce. Studentka reagovala na dotazy a připomínky oponentky a uvedla k nim podrobnější vysvětlení svého návrhu. Následovala odborná rozprava s dotazy komise: Jaký je rozsah a typ památkové ochrany řešeného objektu? Jak bude fungovat provoz posilovny? Provedla jste analýzu stávajících obchodů, služeb, kulturních a společenských prostorů v obci a reagovala jste na ně svým návrhem? Jak je řešena přístupnost navržených veřejných provozů pro handicapované osoby? Jak je řešen oční kontakt mezi obsluhou a hosty kavárny? Jak zajistíte, aby hosté kavárny neodešli bez placení? Co vás vedlo k doplnění historického objektu o navazující novostavby bytového domu a rodinného domu? Proč jste pro detail vstupních dveří zvolila právě motiv kříže evokující spíše církevní stavbu? Dle jakých kritérií jste navrhovala kapacitu a tvar nové autobusové zastávky? Bývají v obci nějaké hody, oslavy, festivaly, trhy či jiné aktivity a jaký prostor jim nabízíte ve vašem návrhu náměstí? Jak váš návrh reaguje trend snižování energetické náročnosti provozu objektu? Kde máte umístěné technické místnosti? Na připomínky oponenta reagovala studentka přijatelným způsobem, na otázky položené členy komise k předložené práci odpovídala poněkud nejistě, některé z nich nebyla schopna zodpovědět zcela uspokojivě.
